My name is Julian.
Born in San Francisco and raised in Daly City, I’m no stranger to the Bay Area.
From an early age, I remember tagging along with my dad in his Burlingame office, who at the time was running a vacuum sales business. I didn’t know it then, but I recall all the components of what a true entrepreneurial spirit was that my dad displayed on a daily basis. I rode shotgun up and down the streets Hillsborough to meet clients, I witnessed hours spent at the office printing, faxing, and managing accounts, and I shared in the quick meals between product presentations. One day I remember admiring the top of a shelf which sat trophy after trophy, each one engraved “Top Salesman in the Region” — year after year. If it’s one thing I took away from my dad’s success, which he would often voice out loud, it’s “Take good care of your clients.” That belief define’s my approach to real estate today.
I attended San Francisco State University to study Business & Finance, and discovered a love for the hospitality industry throughout college. I served and bartended around San Francisco, from local breweries to high-end steakhouses at the Marriott Hotel. Those years were truly defining. It taught me about the Power of Moments (you should read this book if you haven’t already), and instilled in me a passion for interpersonal communication. This, combined with the entrepreneurial drive I learned from my father, I found my calling in the world of real estate.
With over 60 clients served, and more than $70-million in residential real estate sales in my first 4 years, I’m proud to continue helping clients build wealth through real estate. Whether they’re seasoned investors, first-time homebuyers, or sellers looking to right-size or relocate, I bring the same dedication to every client relationship—curating personalized experiences and delivering lasting results.
